First Med Urgent Care

The check in to the Dr  all so great!! Administration nurse was very kind and helpful. She went out of her way to make me a new medical card, extremely helpful. The doctor bless her heart, even though there wasn’t anything she could do for my belly pain. She sure made me feel like she cared. She recommended that I went to the emergency room gave me directions to the closest hospital and they took very good care of me there. I would definitely recommend this provider and this urgent care facility. Five stars

First Med Urgent Care is a very good place to see the doctor. I work a lot. I cannot take time off to see the doctor in the weekday. In this place, I can see the doctor on Saturdays, Sundays or after 5:00 pm on weekdays. They treat you with respect and compasion. I have use this place for the last 4 years and I will continue using this place in the future. It is convinient and provides good services.

We've been to this local urgent care several times by now, between myself and my children. From the kindness of the ladies at the front desk to the excellent care & kindness of the 3 PAs/APRNs we've met, I couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommended! After two weeks of not feeling well and a previous round of antibiotics, I went back for a second visit. My primary concern was the severe case of strep throat I had been struggling with, and my secondary concern was for an aching pain in my left testicle. The staff were punctual, friendly, and polite! When it came to the more sensitive areas of my visit they were extremely helpful and professional. I really am appreciative of all their care and support! Thank you! I would recommend this provider to anyone!

The check in and paper work was efficient and the clerk was very pleasant and helpful. The practitioner, Kat, was most professional and knowledgeable about my sickness. She was personable and informed me that I did not have the flu or covid. She called in a prescription to my choice of pharmacy and confident that I would feel better in a short time. In addition she informed me that the over the counter medicine that I had started was indeed helpful and to continue taking it too.
