First Coast Medical Plaza

Went there on Monday 1/13/25 for the cath lab. 2nd floor. Checked in. Getting prepped , both arms get bottles of juice (small needles) . Things get shaved, Now I am in THE ROOM, Second wash down, third needle(BIG ASS NEEDLE) . Big enough to allow a camera to look at all my stents(10) Yea! done. Back to room, lunch. Took 2 hrs to make sure bleeding was stopped. Hard to walk the hall to make sure I was OK. After getting needles , tape and such off. Had to get help to get dressed. Every person I had contact with was very professional, courteous and very friendly. I still don't know why the nurse kept calling KEVIN CLINE. Great job, thanks.

The building is adequate. To be honest, I didn't really notice much about it. The sidewalks, however, I did notice. I was assisting my elderly mother to her Drs appointment on 6/03/21. Mom uses a walker, and going in and coming out of the building was quite a challenge. They've installed these bumpy yellow mats everywhere on the front walkways and leading to the side entrance/elevator access. THEY ARE NOT WALKER FRIENDLY. I don't know what purpose they were intended to serve, but to an 85 year old lady on a walker, they are a definite SAFETY HAZARD. The walker she uses has small (3"-4") wheels in the front, and almost little skis in the back. It's allowed her to go almost anywhere without issues, but if I hadn't been right there ready to catch her, which I did do a few times, I'm certain s

In and out really fast with an appointment. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable on insurance and procedures.
