First Class Spa

Hello, today I was very tired from the long drive and I thought of going to a massage place. I was near the Naperville area and went to First Class Spa. Upon entering, the receptionist greeted me with a beautiful smile and good treatment and explained everything to me. After that, they sent me an employee who would give me a massage. Her name Xixi was and she was very wonderful, clean, and smiling. Thanks to everyone. It was a wonderful experience and a quiet, clean place.

Came here on 6/13 for a massage. Walked in, no appointment. A lady came from behind the curtain, said she was busy and walked away. Didn’t ask what service I needed or direct me when to come back. She was quite rude and unwelcoming. No need to return, ever.

I have been here twice now and both times were amazing! I used a Groupon for my first visit, which was a 40 minute foot reflexology session. Absolutely amazing! Just the right amount of pressure. My second visit was for a 50 minute full body massage which was also amazing. I struggle with a lot of knots in my neck and shoulders, so I need a lot of pressure. She did an amazing job and definitely will be returning. I highly recommend this place! Very relaxing experience!

This is the second time that I visited the First Class Spa. Mia is amazing and very professional. She know exactly what she is doing. she is able to find the root of my soreness and work it all out. Soft music and low light created an easy atmosphere. By the time 90 minutes was over, I felt like a new person. Definitely coming back.

Service was pretty terrible. Got a couples massage and the two women talked for 90% of the massage. Pressure was inconsistent and it didn’t feel like they had actual training. The areas they were massaging were painful. Not worth $145 + tip for a 60-minute massage.
