First Choice Pharmacy

Nested in the communities of Palatka on one of the busiest intersection, I found the much needed services to refill my prescription. The location was within walking distanced ,the customer service was exceptional and the medication was very reasonable. To the pharmacy technician and pharmacist your prompt and professional services are very reflective of the community you service. Honesty and hospitality was what you shared, I know CVS can be a challenge when transferring medication , but you proved the challenge by ensuring me that I would receive my challenge in a timely manner. Five stars to the small business that provide not only great customer services but accountability to our community. Five stars 🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for a much needed service.

It is extremely concerning that I am unable to leave a voicemail for the pharmacy after hours to prevent a prescription from being filled. When the pharmacy is closed and an electronic prescription is transmitted, there must be a reliable way for a provider to communicate an urgent cancellation or correction. Having an automated voicemail system that does not allow clinicians to leave such messages is unsafe and represents poor practice. This lack of after‑hours communication poses a risk to patient safety and should be addressed promptly.

Love this place! The girl that always works the front counter is so sweet & never gets irritated with me when I call (sometimes more than once) asking when I can get my prescription filled. I forget because I have short-term memory loss & I put my medication in a weekly container & then forget the date it was last filled. 🤷🏻‍♀️😅 They're pretty quick about getting your medicine ready, usually around 30-45 minutes max. They're patient, helpful & they call me when my kids' prescriptions are ready.

I've been with CVS for many years and always left upset at their treatment of me. Changing my scripts over to First Choice Pharmacy was the best thing I've done. Their staff is very courteous, prompt, and efficient. Their store hours and location are convenient. The pharmacist is willing to talk to me and listen to my concerns. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

This pharmacy is the best. Great customer care and they always are quick. Tonight they saved me when I made the mistake of sending my prescriptions (for double pneumonia) to walmart in palm coast so my Was-band (ex husband) ;) could pick them up as I am not supposed to be driving. Walmart not only refused to actually look up my insurance but they were so rude. I called first choice and they tranfered it and had it filled within 20 minutes, all right before closing. Walmart is the worst and I will happily be a loyal customer of first choice for life.
