First Care Medical Clinic

Horrible service. First they said I can come in at 12 when my appointment was at 1 that it wouldn't be an issue I come in it's an issue. The lady at the window the "manager" was extremely rude about me being surprised that I I can't come early when I was told I was. So I sit here for an hour waiting for my appointment and do the paperwork with a side of attitude from the lady working the window. And then finally when my appointment time is now they say I need to pay them $130 or something as there "policy" I traditionally play a $25 co-payment and they looked at me like I was stupid. Overall this was a terrible time terrible experience they didn't properly explain things to me they were extremely rude and they have hidden fees would not recommend this place.

Waited for 30 minutes to try and get a person who I could understand. Receptionist had mush mouth and obviously couldn't understand English well. Impossible to book anything.

So much help with my sister who is a difficult senior patient. Hannah Kyhm is great

I just absolutely love the staff at this location. They have really got to know me & my family as patients & they know exactly who we are & why we are there as soon as we walk in. They go above & beyond. For example today my blood pressure was very elevated & they were sincerely concerned once they finally did let me go home they called me numerous times throughout the day to check on my & how my blood pressure was then, which showed real concern & also told me they would be calling 2st thing tomorrow to check on it again.

Everyone is always pleasant there. They are very efficient. Appointment was kept on time. Everything is streamlined and worked in a timely manner. The doctor or PA listens when you talk and helps with a solution to your healthcare needs. They always make one comfortable.
