I do not usually have bad experiences with UPS pickup locations but Mr. Karym at this location ( this is the name he gave me after I asked, so I am not sure if it is real) was extremely rude and condescending. Hopefully things in his personal life gets better soon, so he would not have to be so angry with strangers.

This place is runned down unsanitary bad service here the manager a male is extremely rude tall Indian guy who has no manners. He is so a ups drop off location and when I called for information he told me he can’t do it that it’s not his job to confirm if it’s physically in his location and hung up on me. Very rude I’ll mannered i also got medications from this location and they re use pill bottle from other medicines which can have residue and jus mishandling. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM FOR ANYTHING BESIDES 10¢ copying of that. Horrible horrible horrible !!!!

THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!! RUDE AF . CALLED TO ASKED IF MY PACKAGE WAS LEFT THERE SINCE I LIVE FAR DIDNT WANT TO TRAVEL FOR NO REASON, I WAS TOLD “ I CANT GIVE U ANY INFORMATION JUST COME WITH YOUR ID NOT MY PROBLEM YOU LIVE FAR IM GOING TO HANG UP NOW”

Friendly and helpful staff, sometimes I’m not always home to get my packages which reroute to this pharmacy. Reliable and trustworthy.

Been using this pharmacy since 1992. The best. The staff is knowledgeable in their customers needs. Always professional and accommodating.
