Firewheel Eye care

Had my first eye exam (ever) with Dr. Pham and received a very informative and detailed explanation for what it means to have 20/20 vision. The doctor explained what he was doing at every step of my eye exam and how he was working towards “correcting” my vision to produce a clearer and more optimal image for me. At first, I was hesitant to schedule with him due to the comments regarding his bedside manner but I completely disagree with all of those comments. Dr. Pham is very thorough, forward, professional and sticks to the facts - exactly how it should be!

We had to go back with my son’s glasses because something was not right. He is not customer friendly at all, we were both stressed out after our visit there since I spoke up and he didn’t like it. I can’t believe LensCrafters allows him to operate next to their business. We will NEVER GO BACK THERE. OMG have never been talked down to like that. Two visits and the same treatment. No stars.

First and last time I get my eyes checked here. Mr.Pham was very unprofessional. Seems like he really hates his job. Please don't waste your time coming here. People also need to complain about him to lenscrafters.

Zero stars. Service was horrible, exam was uncomfortable and my prescription was incorrect. Wasted my benefits coming here and had to pay out of pocket elsewhere because I refuse to go back. Highly, highly do not recommend.

Optometrist was extremely rude, impatient, and condescending. I was stressed out throughout the entire appointment. This man has zero interpersonal skills. He basically told me that my previous optometrists did not know what they were doing. The only reason I didn't go to my old optometrist was because she is a bit of a drive and I needed a prescription before leaving for college. He was impatient with me when I was having trouble distinguishing between two lenses (you know- "which is more clear, 1 or 2", etc). Be so for real.
