If you call to make an appointment and it just happens to be that the system is down. Why can’t the office guarantee that is the patients appointment date and time. Enter it into your system once your system comes back up. However, you expect the patient to call back at a later date and hope this slot is still available. This is poor customer service!!! Taking our business elsewhere
