This place is clearly way overbooked. They actually straight up cancelled my follow-up appt back in Dec, and told me Feb was the next availability, which is wild. What doctor cancels your appt two days before and tells you to come back in 2 months??? Then after waiting for 2 months for my follow-up I ended up waiting another hour and 30min to see Dr Lombardi, who then basically told me to drink less, eat healthier and ran out of the room. Zero advice for the chronic back pain I told her about besides "lose weight", I don't think she even read through my chart beforehand. Clearly an old school doc too, still using BMI like that's an accurate indicator for overall health. Staff varies from nice and apologetic to straight up hostile. Dr Lombardi is hands down one of the nicest doctors I’ve ever seen. Very easy to talk to. Never dismissive.
