My mom and uncle took me to the emergency room because I have a high fever with an infection. When I have a high fever with my kidney infection of my right back, that’s was my first time running with a kidney infection. So they told me to take care of me for an overnight for three nights avd they keep eye on me for a high fever and everything else. So they did a good job of keeping me safe and they did a great take care of me. I want to thank the staff for all their help.

Had to visit the ER last night. Wonderful staff and Doctor Garcia was excellent. I was taken care of with care and expediency. Would not hesitate to go back should the need arise.

This posting is directed at Ferry County Health, C/O Healthcare Resource Group, Spokane Valley WA. This billing service is the worst service I have ever dealt with. On 4/21/21 I called to ask why I hadn't received a statement. I was told by the service agent that my April payment was credited. I told her that my last payment of $50.00 was sent on 3/17/21 for my March payment. What happened was that this service credited my April payment instead of my March payment, and my March payment was noted as past due. This was corrected, then I was asked if I wanted to pay my April payment today by phone, I said yes and she took my information and card number. This payment was for $50.00, and was told so. It ended up being a $398.26 payment which is not my balance due. After working with my Credit U

I needed to go to emergency over the weekend for an infected root Canal. The Dr. Was pretty offensive. I have a chronic health problem and my Dr has prescribed pain meds for it. The root Canal infection was by far some of the worst pain I've ever been in. This doctor made is seem like I was s ok me kind of junky. And it's pretty hard to miss having half your face swell up like a balloon. But it didn't seem to matter to this doctor. I will not return to that hospital again.

I got the COVID 19 VIRUS. I went to the Ferry County ER. I received excellent treatment. The staff was very knowledgeable and quite helpful. As soon as I can get vaccinated, I will. I want to thank the staff for all their help.
