I have had a terrible experience dealing with Penn Medicine. I had simple blood work done at this facility, paid my bill right away, and over a year later I am still hearing from a debt collector about the money I already paid. I called customer service 10-15 times over the course of a year, sent them proof I paid multiple times, and each time I was told it would be resolved only to be sent another bill for the same procedure. It felt like harrassment. I spent so much time trying to resolve this issue and now it has gone to a debt collector after I was assured for the 15th time that it would be resolved. For context, this was a blood test at the beginning of a pregnancy. My son is now over 9 months old and I still have this hanging over my head. Their billing department is completely misma

Fern Hill Medical Campus, is easy to get to. I use Penn Radiology for my X-Rays, DexaScans, etc. The Staff are always Friendly and Professional.

I needed to have an MRI done for an upcoming surgery. The MRI had been scheduled earlier in the month, the day of my appointment, 2hrs before my appointment, I got a voicemail mail saying the machine all of a sudden stopped working, and they weren’t able to see me that day. I really wish they would have been more professional, and called earlier in the week to reschedule, it was obvious from the voicemail I was the last patient in the schedule and they wanted to get off work as early as possible and my appointment was in the way.

I can't overstate my recommendation for this place. While we went through a cancer scare I found the staff - from the volunteers to the admissions staff all the way up to the doctors - to be excellent. They were patient and compassionate and great at their jobs. The parking was easy, facilities were nice and level of care was great. But the what truly impressed me was while I sat waiting for my family's procedure to finish, I did not see a single patient wait for more than 10 minutes until they were called back. The admissions person even checked on me to make sure they hadn't missed anyone. That sort of care is just outstanding in our world of 3 hour hospital waits.

This is to help people without insurance. Seriously I recomended this place because it is to be voluntary medical doctors that want to help the community. Phoenixville started the community center to help those folks that had no medical cards at all. Excelente doctors and caring staff. I really feel that if the working staff doesn't want to work change your professional career path. We need people that care about others no matter what race, creed, color and nationality you are. Return calls and do your diligence. Volunteers doctors are caring folks....and if the time comes don't forget Karma is stuff...we all get old. Be caring....today for you tomorrow for me.
