I used to love this office. I now do not recommend this office. They are not great at answering phone calls. I called 3 times and no answer. My mother called 5 times to be able to cancel my appointment because they called and want to move my appointment to the morning which I can not do. I love the PA there, but it’s not worth the lack of communication.

Over all i like coming here . Annie was the one who made me make that decision. I am so sad and sorry to see that she is gone. Dr Hidalgo always been very nice and pleasant and understanding whenever i had her as well. Great physicians , they both are but the reason i am giving 3 stars is because they never seem to answer their phones when patients call and it gets worst after they come off of lunch break at 1 they don’t turn their phones back on at all. I literally been calling since 1:00pm and it’s now 1:34 with no answer at all. Also i believe they need to be more mindful of who they hire to work as a receptionist because that person represents all them in that building first and i have not met not one receptionist who i believe been pleasant and represented that office well except one

They always run behind schedule even for the first appts of the day. Also I went there prior to finding another dr for a second opinion. Dr. Annie missed a lot of critical things that other doctors found on multiple occasions in more than one area.

Ive been coming here since a young teen and im now in my 20s. The last 2 or 3 times I've been here they've scheduled me with Julia, and all times she has given me testing I did not ask for and did not want. Not once did she ask me if I wanted the tests done, and besides that, she's overall rude, cuts people off, and assumes she knows what they're talking about before even letting them finish. I still plan to come to this establishment but I will never EVER schedule with her again.

The doctors here are amazing and professional. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because of the receptionist. Multiple times I’ve called to schedule appointments and she has treated me with extreme disrespect. Accused me of things I had not done and despite never raising my voice to her and always remaining calm she told me to find another doctors office. It’s unfortunate that such a wonderful establishment has such a hateful woman representing them. I will not be returning.
