Very good customer service. If they don't have the medicine, they order it right away for the same day. And when you have a prescription, they inform you right away and prepare it for you to pick it up. This pharmacy is very efficient and is one of the best we have here in the Bronx.

Just got my 1st COVID vaccine here on Friday. I was very impressed you the friendly and accommodating service they provided. I had no problem reaching them by phone where they were more than helpful in solving scheduling software snafu’s. When I got there I found that they were very professional and respectful of the people they were helping. The shop also had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience here getting the COVID vaccine (they have J&J so it was one and done)! They were so efficient, well-staffed and helpful. I was in and out in 20 minutes, including the required 15-min wait after getting the shot. Highly recommend for vaccine and any pharmacy needs.

I went this morning for the Covid-19 vaccine. The young pharmacist and assistant are both so friendly and professional. They had everything very organized. I was really impressed. See you in 4 weeks! I've gotten my 2nd vaccine! Two of tee nicest people helped me. The young Korean Pharmacist (sorry I forgot your name) and his assistant Deborah are so personable, professional and caring. With people like these two on the front lines, our communities are in good hands. A big thank you!

Felicity Pharmacy is a great small pharmacy located on Tremont Ave across from the Rite Aid. The employees are really sweet and Dave is the best! He knows all his customers by name and works really hard to provide great service. My mom has been going there for about 15+ years and she loves this place. I used to travel all the way from Queens just to pick up her medicine from here because she wanted to give Dave the business during Covid. My mom and I highly recommend this place!
