As a Black woman, it means more than I can easily put into words to be cared for by a physician who understands the importance of listening, asking questions, and believing her patient. I didn’t feel like I had to over-explain or defend what I‘m experiencing. Dr. Waddleton-Willis is thorough, compassionate, and genuinely invested in getting to the root of my health concerns. I did not feel rushed or dismissed, only supported. This level of care is rare. I came home raving about her and my husband said “I want her to be my doctor!” She is the absolute best. And this was my first visit.

Dr Waddleton-Willis is a phenomenal Doctor!! She has wonderful bed side manner. She is genuine and caring. She considers all treatment options and insures my understanding and the does best for me. Shout out to Dr. Waddleton-Willis!!!

Dr. Waddleton is very knowledgeable processional physician. She understand her patient needs and provide the required solution. She does not cut corner and listen to her patient needs. Dr. Waddleton is my physician for many many years and I am very happy with her. Finally Dr. Waddleton is an asset to Kaiser Permanente.
