Feldman's Medical Center Pharmacy

Have been using Feldman's as my primary pharmacy for over 15 years. They know me when I arrive and by name when I call on the phone - which is the majority of the overall appeal of using a small, independent pharmacy vs. a "big box". The pharmacists go out of their way to be helpful, lowering costs by finding/applying coupons (my last Rx went from $350 to $160 with a coupon they found - which I didn't ask them to do!) and recommending more cost-effective alternatives when possible. They are often VERY busy filling scripts - and still have made time to quickly get me checked out with minimal delays. 100% recommend and will continue to be a supporter/customer.

Customer focused and service oriented Pharmacy. My Rx was filled for less when compared to others. Venkat and his team are very friendly.

We arrived 10 minutes before closing. The attendant was initially helpful, answering our questions and retrieving our order. But when we took a moment to decide on an extra item, they chose to use an excessively curt tone to say it was past closing. I am not sure what is going on in the life in the individual working today, so perhaps they were dealing with something. I would however suggest attempting to take a softer tone communicating the closing time and need to lock up—you can still be assertive without being rude

After years of being frustrated with cvs I switched to Feldman a few years ago. Best decision!! They are so helpful, professional, and no more long lines.

Best pharmacy ever. They know you by name when you walk in, always have a full prescription (unlike the evil death star, Walgreens) and call you when it is time to refill. They are the absolute best!!!!
