I must say The people are friendly but when it comes to shopping for frames they will rip you off making up prices because the frames don't have prices .they tell you one thing about the prices and that you have to pay a copay cause your insurance changed so I paid like a dummy . I trusted them so I never looked at my claim from the insurance until ppl told me I shouldn't have paid a co pay so I went to lens crafters they had the prices on the glasses and had more stuff added on to my glasses and paid nothing .
