I had a great experience at this facility, especially thanks to the staff member Z. She truly went above and beyond. She took the time to thoroughly check my insurance coverage, researched everything carefully, and made sure I understood exactly what I needed to pay. She even helped reduce my out-of-pocket cost based on what she found, which I really appreciated. Z was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I also asked her about other providers who accept my insurance, and she gave me helpful tips, resources, and recommendations. Throughout the entire visit—including the medical procedures—she stayed professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable. This urgent care is hands down one of the best around! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was A-1—professional, welcoming, and efficient. Zaquita was absolutely amazing—kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable—and Paul was just as awesome, making us feel comfortable and well cared for every step of the way. Went to see a doctor and everything was perfect. The office was very nice and extremely clean, especially considering the snow outside. The medical assistants were always happy and smiling, which made the visit even better. It truly looks like they have excellent management. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this urgent care.
