I am very late in posting this review. I saw Dr. Hiler in 2021 for back pain and sciatica. His treatment plan changed my life! After several treatments, I am pain free and able to participate in activities I had given up on. Dr. Hiler and staff were professional, compassionate and kind. So happy I found this practice!

I switched to them because they said with insurance my visits were fully covered. So I went once a week for 3 months due to that fact. Than I get a call that they made a mistake and I owe them 400 dollars. I left a message for their billing manager to call me 3 times and no one has called. Very unprofessional and maybe running a scam ?? I don’t know. But it’s kind of messed up. And I’ve read reviews of people who they have done it to also

I visited this chiropractic office over two years ago and had a completely settled bill at the time. Out of nowhere, I received a message recently claiming I now “owe” money due to a billing mistake on their end. It’s extremely unprofessional to demand payment years later for something that should have been correctly handled at the time of service. Patients trust healthcare providers to manage billing accurately and communicate issues in a timely manner — not to come back after two years asking for money. I would not recommend this office due to poor administrative practices and lack of accountability for their own errors.

I have been a patient of Dr Hiler since 2018. He introduced me to stem cells and they have been a blessing to me! I have been told by the orthopedic doctors I need a knee replacement! The stem cells Dr Hiler has given me have worked 100% and I am very happy about that. Dr Hiler has also helped me with my back problems with treatments in his office. Both he and his staff are excellent and through their care my back is much better. I would highly recommend Dr Hiler and his staff!!

Very kind front desk staff, and the medical professionals in there are super friendly and knowledgeable. I go there about once a month and I never have pain anymore. I recommended this place to my mother, my brother, and anyone who complains about their neck or back hurting. I drive like 45 minutes to see my Chiropractor at this location because I’ve tried others that are closer to me, and they don’t make me feel as amazing as this place.
