Bravo!! I'm holding Two thumbs up high to the entire staff at Fed Help Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL. From the moment I contacted the Medical Center, I felt at ease with the knowledgeable, concerned, comforting, attentive voice that greeted me. The initial call was very enlightening and full of pertinent information. All of my questions and concerns were addressed patiently, professionally and expeditiously. There was no need to ask many questions, as the entire process has been flowing smoothly since the day I called for their services. This place is the best, have helped me with all my owcp paper work. Acupuncture by Melissa is awesome. PT is great. They had an awesome massager in Summer but she is gone. The front desk lady Nikki is the best. I think 🤔 she makes it all happen. Plus the doc is honest and to the point. Great place.

Staff very helpful pleasant and friendly. They take great care in my recovery .
