Couldn't get my script filled because they didn't have labels. Couldn't get my daughters medication filled because they "didn't get it in on their order." Today I call to check on my newborn sons medicine. They told me they would be able to fill it as soon as they got his insurance information and I filled out the new patient form. I drive down, give them the card and fill out the paperwork only for them to tell me they don't have it and it should be in tomorrow morning. 😡 No matter what the medication is, they never have it.

Worst Pharmacy EVER! I NEVER seen so many unprofessional people in my life! The pharmacy counter lady is extremely rude, and has an attitude. Pharmacy staff filling the prescriptions would rather stand there and gossip, eat their lunch,or run around after each other playing elementary games. You wait anywhere from a half hour to forty five minutes for your prescriptions. And there's five people filling prescriptions. There's no no excuse. When the original F.B. Thomas Drug Store was in busy things were doing the right way. The professional way! There is no excuse for the nonsense that goes on at that pharmacy no matter if you live in that town as a regular customer or new customer .Your work ethic shows in what you do and how you treat your customers.

Upon discharge from the hospital, my son had scripts for three medications. The insurance however did not complete the prior authorizations before the pharmacy closed. The pharmisist worked with us to make sure my son did not miss any of his dosages, saving a lot of worry and stress. F.B.Thomas Drug Store has been a staple of our small town for over a century. The service of the staff, as exampled above, shows their commitment to the community. We are blessed to have them, and I am one grateful Mom.
