Fayetteville Family Dentistry

I waited an HOUR to be brought back to have my teeth extracted. They over book patients and then leave the patients to wait. The receptionist was very very rude. She would answer questions in a very condescending tone and would leave the desk unattended for long periods of time. They refused to provide me with sedation even after I spoke with my insurance company that provided me with the proper information to do so. So I had three wisdom teeth extracted awake! Then to make matters worse the doctor only prescribed me 600mg Motrin after he had just yanked three of me teeth out. I immediately went to my general physician and he was floored that the doctor had only prescribed me Motrin. Do not go to this place. I repeat...do not!

Although they have rescheduled my appointment for months because of different excuses every time, I came today desperately ready to get an extraction I've needed for 6 months. I'm still here in the waiting room one and a half hours later. I'm not leaving and here's a thank you for my waiting. Enjoy losing your jobs and closing down yet another dentistry.

Told me I needed root canal, I got three second opinions, I did not need a root canal. Then she wanted to pull this side molar! She told my Son he needed root canal, again, not true. Owner, Dentist is pompous and rude. Just because you are a "Dentist" doesn't mean you can run an office. She fired Dr. Trusty that I had an appointment with and let me sit 1 hr 45 min before telling me he was no longer there.... I could go in and on, despicable! She needs an office MANAGER, and a good Dentist and get out of her own office! Rating 0

We have been taken great care of here and are thankful to have such a patient and caring team to look after our dental needs. My 14 yr old and myself (33) have been with this practice for 4 years. They are clean, professional and compassionate. We appreciate them!

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a tooth pulled (my first extraction ever), and the hygienist and dentist couldn't have been more comforting. Overall, a very positive experience with Fayetteville Family Dentistry. My only complaint is that it is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone when calling. Five stars for staff and services; two stars for administrative efficiency.
