Fantastic staff and extremely thorough in giving me a pleasurable crown. Dr. Beard and Lauren took such great care of me. I had no pain, a wedge to ease my TMJ pain in holding my mouth open. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely hate the dentist. Rather have a broken leg reset then a cavity filled. I have been coming here for many years and never ever had an issue. The staff is very friendly. I've used both Dr. Fay and Dr. Beard. Both are excellent. Because of my phobia I have been to many practices and none can compare to Fay Dental. I highly recommend!

The receptionists, hygienists, dental assistants and dentists are all exceptionally gentle, knowledgeable, and kind. It’s so clean and relaxing every time I go in. Yes, I said relaxing about the dentist’s office. The staff even takes the time to educate you on oral care while they clean your teeth, so that you’re able to implement good practices and keep your mouth healthy all year between visits. They are patient and answer any questions you have. I’ve been lucky enough to go to this practice since I was a child and I swear it’s why I’ve never been scared about going to the dentist. It’s a blessing to have this team care for your teeth in the environment that they do!

While I used to think this practice was excellent, however I would currently give it no stars if I could. With the exception of Lauren, the entire staff is beyond unhelpful and annoying. Last Saturday, I went to Dr. Fay complaining of a problem with my tooth. The woman who took my X-rays was the most annoying person I have ever met. She kept talking and asking me questions and all of it was about where I teach. Meanwhile I’m told I need a root canal but they don’t do them, and sent me to the worst endodontist who quoted me 600 for the root canal. Then Dr. Gupta got me in the chair and told me that I needed a 3D X-ray that my insurance didn’t cover and a bunch of other things that were jacking the bill up to at least 900.00. I was never once informed about having the tooth extracted which

Fay Dental left cotton in my tooth and put permanent material on top. This resulted in additional pain, decay and expense. When I informed the office Fay left a VM stating 'I did nothing wrong, I went to Dental college and you didn't " I was not reimbursed for the money I had to subsequently spend at a competent dentist .I would not recommend this practice.
