I came in here on the 12th February after being discharged earlier that day from Stafford Hospital with a small bowel obstruction. I was having severe stomach pain and on the verge of passing out so I came here for a second opinion. I saw Dr Jeanine Miller in the ER and after I had informed her of my experience at Stafford, she was so kind and compassionate. Dr Miller called and requested my CT scan results from Stafford Hospital so I didn't have to be exposed to more radiation. She ordered nausea meds, pain meds and fluids immediately for my symptoms. Once she got the results of my scan, she decided I definitely needed admitting to the hospital. The nurse came in and said I needed an NG tube to help decompress my stomach. The pre-surgery Samantha took the time to explain every step clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt prepared and at ease going into the procedure. The surgical team Dr. Magdon and anesthesia team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, skill, and compassion. Their calm demeanor and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that I was in excellent hands. The post-surgery team unfortunately I forgot the name of the lady who was there she was amazing and continued that same level of care and dedication. They were attentive, responsive, and genuinely concerned about my comfort and recovery, making sure I understood my aftercare instructions and felt supported every step of the way. I had a procedure done at Fauquier Hospital today and couldn’t have asked for a better team. Thanks to Dr. Khan and my care team, Lou, Stephanie and Shannon!! They were awesome!! Based on my experiences over the last three years, I would recommend Fauquier Hospital to anyone. The nurses are so kind and friendly and take good care of you!! Thanks to my care team today!!

Recently a family member underwent a procedure at Fauquier Hospital. Dr. Ali Khan and his team did an excellent job. They were well organized, prepared, and ready to go on time. More importantly, they exhibited a sense of humor, respect, and compassion rarely found in today's healthcare system. Consequently, my family strongly recommends Fauquier Hospital for medical care.

Sent mother home with active septic infection twice, no access services to apply for medicaid. Case manager recommended we got to the area "free clinic" and the visiting doctor told my mother she "needed to get her affairs in order". No request for imaging on second stay, if you are uninsured they will give you the boot. Since we have taken my mother to Inova fairfax, her care has been 10x better, they are looking for the cause of the issue, and they have already got her enrolled and covered by medicaid. Avoid fauquier at all costs if possible if you have medicaid or no insurance. For-profit hospital group and it's very apparent.
