FastMed Urgent Care

I have been there before but this time they didn’t take my insurance the same insurance minded you I found out by going to the hospital later that I had a sinus infection. The Nurse practitioner at Fast Med told me I didn’t. Would have rather see the doctor because that’s what I paid for. I guess because of the shortage of antibiotics they posted this sign on the back of the door of the exam room. So she refused me proper treatment for my Sinus infection. Because she said it was a virus and not bacterial. Very unsatisfying service. Will not recommend.

I liked that I was able to schedule an appointment online and able to check in online as well. There was a wait, but it was also a Monday, so I kinda expected that to be the case. Everyone was incredibly nice, from the front desk staff to the provider, and tried to help everyone as quickly as possible. Someone there did have a medical emergency while I was in the room, and the staff made sure everyone was aware of what was going on and helped people as quickly as possible.

I truly appreciate the time the staff took taking care of my mother. Michelle went above and beyond to make sure my mother received the proper, accurate care! The young lady at the front was most helpful in setting up appointments. They even followed up the next day inquiring about her care!

Fast friendly efficient service. Appt for my daughter was 830am we were called in before 9. The MA was knowledgeable and friendly completed the test on my daughter. The NP came in she was friendly listened to my concerns asked questions and presented us with diagnosis. The rx was already at the pharmacy before we left the office. All paperwork and school note was available at front desk.

I booked an appointment for 12:30 and after checking in and paying the receptionist tells another lady it is a 2 to 3 hour wait… why take appointments. By the time I left every patient they had walked out. I would not recommend this facility if you are sick because the staff I saw moves at snail pace and could care less how long patients wait as long as they get your money. I will be calling corporate as well but the receptionist clearly said home office was aware they were booking appointments not available but they could care less no matter home many times the office brings it to their attention.
