FastMed Urgent Care

Registration was made easy. I did not have to wait long once I was in the room. Madeline PA was polite and very thorough. She explained my diagnosis in terms I was able to understand.

Went into Fast med for drug test/employment physical. I was told that I would have to come back the next day for my drug test, due to the fact the person who comes & pick up the tests would be arriving soon. But Gwen made sure she got me back in time to do my test, I really appreciate that because I didn’t want to be late for work. She worked efficiently and professionally. She was very informative and my questions and concerns. I’m scared of needles but she reassured me that it would just be a small needle for my tests and it was over before I knew it. Thank you Gwen for taking care of me today!!!

Very run down inside. Floors look like they had not been cleaned in a very long time. Patient rooms were run down as well. Cabinets had no doors. Everything was exposed. It was not professional looking at all. Staff was very kind and friendly. The facility needs a large facelift.

Everyone was very nice and I was seen quickly. However, when I went to pick up prescriptions the pharmacy lost power and I asked them to call me when ready. 2 hours later, still no call. Called them. Said no prescription had been called. Called Urgent care, they said it had been called to another pharmacy. Tried to call Pharmacy. No answer. Drove to pharmacy. Said prescription was just called in and would be 30 minutes. I'm 72 years old and sick. No sure how to rate my experience.

The staff was very nice ,very friendly, the only reason I gave it a four is because the X-ray machine kept malfunctioning, it would not take the image, they had to keep rebooting it. The lady that was doing my X-ray was very friendly and kept apologizing for the of length of time it took to finally get the machine to work. Dr. Was was nice as well.
