Extended hours until 4pm even on New Years Eve was great. Parking is adequate. Facility is clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. No excessive paperwork before being seen. Face masks and hand sanitizer were adequate and easily accessible. Had the option to wait in my vehicle and receive a call when ready. We were informed up front that our wait would be about an hour and a half. I appreciated the courtesy of being informed about the long wait at check-in. The waiting room wasn’t overly crowded, maybe 6-8 people. The waiting was long but once we were taken to the treatment area, everything else lived up to the name. We are visiting family over the holiday weekend and got seen quickly. The staff was so friendly efficient, personal and professional. Our medical issue was addressed quickly and we were in and out in less than a hour and I even got my flu shot while waiting for my husband to finish his appointment with the Nurse Practitioner. I prefer physicians who listen to understand, versus listening to respond- to the point of talking over me and trying to finish my sentences, about my experiences. This location's female physician has done this to me at the only 2 visits I had here, in a little over a year. I was hoping she'd moved on. I tried to asked a question about a stronger cough medicine (thanks cannon pharmacy!) that actually did work for me and my sick daughters (all adults). This physician made me feel like an addict for even bringing it up- we ran out because the 3 of us all used that 1 bottle. WE DO NOT PRESCRIBE NARCOTIC COUGH SYRUP, she kept saying. I had a very good experience with my latest appointment at this business. I has surprised at the speed in which I was able to complete my visit. The staff was very professional and courteous as well. 5 star service - will certainly recommend you to my family and friends!
