FastMed Urgent Care

This office is exactly what we need in the Charlotte area. From the phone call I made to see if I could be seen was helpful. Then the check in process was smooth and easy. The lady that took my vitals was caring and patient with me. The Doctor that I was seen by was smart and helpful. Lastly, the lady that took my blood was helpful and caring. These ladies customer service was top notch! I was having an extremely bad day, but they all made me feel so much better! Thank you all for treating me like you care!🌸

I visited this FastMed location for an acute arthritis flare after several days without my prescribed medication. I had just dropped my mother off nearby and needed to stay close, so I chose this clinic based on proximity and its four-star rating. I typically receive care within the Atrium system, where my medical history is fully documented, but FastMed appeared to be a reasonable alternative. At check-in, I informed the front-desk representative, Africa / Afrika, that I have a documented arthritis condition, had left my medication out of state, and was currently in significant pain. The moment I mentioned pain medication, the rest of my explanation was disregarded. She did not ask what medication I was referring to, did not clarify the nature of my condition, and did not complete the in

Came here for a pre employment DS and it was so smooth! I did make an appt ahead of time so idk if that effected how quickly I was in and out. Everyone from the front desk to Ursula in the back was amazing!! Thank you Ursula for making it an easy and pleasant experience!!!

The whole team at FastMed was amazing! Ursula (MA) and Trina were incredibly patient and kind with my son. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure he had a positive experience even though he wasn’t feeling his best. The office and exam rooms were very clean and well organized. Emily, PA, was also wonderful she was thorough, informative, and worked diligently to identify his symptoms and help him start feeling better. She was compassionate, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure my son received the best care possible. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism from everyone at FastMed!

I made an appointment for 2:35 and when I showed up the woman at the front desk told me that they took a lot of walk-ins and wouldn’t be able to take me for another hour or more. I told her I lived ten minutes away and asked if someone could call me but she said they don’t make outside calls. I understand that things/emergencies happen but this is very upsetting as someone who has been very sick for a week and would have been nice to just receive a courtesy to be told that my appointment time wouldn’t be able to be upheld. what is the point of being able to make an appointment?
