Fastmed Raleigh Downtown

Very poor experience. Registrar was very friendly. MA shouldn’t be in healthcare. Rude and uncommunicative felt like I was inconveniencing her to be there. Did not offer any assistance walking to and from xray or getting up on xray table despite severe pain while walking. Did not see any wheelchair in the clinic which should be in a facility that advertises treatment for injuries. Brought brace into room, set it down then put piece of paper on counter and said sign this with no explanation of what I was to sign. Dismissed me to walk out independently. PA never touched injured leg, released me stating xray negative. Next day call back for fracture found on xray by another provider who was quite helpful. Would not go to this clinic for acute injury, especially if near closing time

When Fast Med was at the previous location I absolutely loved it however, today not so much. The staff overall were very disinterested and unhelpful this includes the provider I saw. The wait time was longer which was expected as a walk in with a few people ahead of me but it did not equate to much since I only saw the provider for less than 4 mins. Compared to previous times where the provider actually did their job, seemed more concerned and willing to assist in my overall care. Maybe it was an off day because of the snow or maybe it is always like that now either way I was super unsatisfied with both the visit and outcome. I will not be coming back to this location I will go to Garner’s Hwy 70 location instead.

I was very pleased with the care I received by the nurse and the doctor for my primary visit yesterday. They both took the time to listen. My concerns were heard and that alone was a big plus for me. For the first time I felt like a patient and not a client. I wasn’t rushed in and out. It was explained to me the next steps on getting me better and healthy. I’m excited to go back to see these two again and I really feel like I’m in good hands and my issues will be looked after carefully. Thank you both for an awesome experience!!!!🫶🏽

Best urgent care I've been to. I was able to book an appointment just before driving over (15 minutes prior to my desired time!) and be seen immediately. They are fast, but are still personable and friendly.
