Fast Track Urgent Care

Clean facilities, kind staff and pretty quick turnaround times. I had a walk-in appointment and ended up having to wait about 20ish minutes before being brought back, but after that the appointment went quick! I sat in the back room for maybe a minute or two before seeing the doctor, whereas I’ve gone to other urgent care facilities in the area and went 20-30 minutes without being seen. Hopefully I won’t need to, but if I need to go to urgent care again, I will definitely return to Fast Track in Kensington!

My scheduled appointment started on time. Everyone in the office was kind, patient, helpful, and very professional. Dr. Philip Strauss was compassionate, reassuring, and thorough. I am very thankful!

I had a gout flare up and visited Fast Track Urgent Care on Sunday morning. After checking-in, an assistant immediately called my name, measured my vital signs, and asked me a few questions. Then, she took me to a room to wait for the doctor. The doctor is super friendly and very professional. He carefully examined my feet before prescribing the treatment. The whole process took about 30 minutes. Just as the doctor told me, my pain would alleviated soon after taking the medicine. I felt basically recovered the second day. It is a perfect 10 experience at the urgent care!

Fast Track has served me professionally…both processes and staff. All went smoothly from the welcoming receptionist to the nurse taking vitals and instructing next steps, to the doctor discussing symptoms, data, diagnosis, prescription and actions. Things moved quickly…in and out within an hour. Fast Track contacted my pharmacy and my prescription was filled before I arrived.…It was a pleasure to work with Fast Track today!

Easy access and forms, helpful staff, and thorough. No one has Urgent Care on their to does and you are usually there because something went sideways. Luckily their care team helped minimize the challenges.
