Dr. O is a great Dr. my son has been going to him since he was born. Ultimately, I’m not a fan of the customer service. The Hispanic young lady that handles reception is always marvelous and respectful but that’s about it. I had called in to get updated records and was tricked into having an exam. Although an exam was due, it was not necessary to get an updated vaccine record since he didn’t need any shots. (Per the Doctor) I could have scheduled the exam at a time I was financially ready. So because of this, I was unable to afford the visit fee- in which I specifically told them I would call back in to pay. I do not need to be threatened or insulted in a voicemail. We love Dr. Odunlami and feel lucky to have found him. I know him to be warm, knowledgeable, empathetic and genuine. Great guy, and his office staff are ON IT, kind and efficient. We have never really had to wait for either an appointment or be seen in a more urgent (e.g. falling off scooter, fractured arm) manner. Two thumbs up!

I am writing to express my concern regarding an interaction I had today while attempting to schedule an appointment for my son, who has been a patient at your office for over 10 years. Unfortunately, the two individuals I spoke with were unprofessional, rude, and refused to provide their names. Additionally, they hung up on me, which was both frustrating and disappointing. I understand that you do not accept my current insurance; however, my main concern is that your office is still listed as an in-network provider under the First Health website. If you no longer accept this insurance, I strongly suggest updating your information on the site to prevent any confusion for future patients. Dr. Is great. He seems very friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk lady needs to be replaced. She is rude. The office isn't kid friendly which is weird for a pediatrician office. They have an excess amount of signs posted about compliance and how they will drop you as patient if you even move a chair in the exam room. I got more of a prison vibe then a pediatrician vibe. Lots of better options in ocala for sure.
