Would not recommend. Check in is all online, from paperwork to scanning your own ID and insurance cards. You’ll get a text telling you you’re next in line - that’s a lie. You’ll wait an hour, listening to the same 15 second commercial over and over until you question your sanity. They will call you back and confuse you about which room to walk into. After you’re put in a room, they will leave the room multiple times for various reasons before even asking your name. You will then sit there in silence for an additional 5 minutes while the nurse clicks her screen and asks you the same questions you already filled out on the questionnaire when you arrived. On November 24th, I was requested to undergo a urine drug test at the same clinic where I had previously been sent. However, this time, the test was supposed to be observed by a staff member from the clinic. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication between the clinic and my employer, resulting in a potential misunderstanding that could have impacted my job prospects. I would advise caution when dealing with this clinic, as my experience with this specific location and its staff has been less than satisfactory.

We have been to fast pace many times for urgent care and had a great experience. However, primary care for myself was a different story. I thought I'd found a new provider in Ms Brooks after my previous provider moved away. I was sadly mistaken and wasted time and money. She stated she could take over my SNRI medications from my GYN, I was not sure but after insurance denial of a med that would address a current side effect we talked on the phone and she said to schedule an appointment to discuss finding a med that would work. I was at Fast Pace Primary care in Alabaster AL, it was a wonderful experience with the Nursing Staff, They did not rush me out, they took enough time to explain me how to follow some health guidelines for an adequate health life style. I did receive an overall plan for my health. Thanks to you all. Good Job!

My experience was great! The staff was great! They were so kind. I was a new patient and ms Brooks took a lot of time with me. My appointment was at 3:00 and I was done with labs and everything by 3:45! I was really impressed!
