After going to this establishment because my 7 month old granddaughter was sick, she tested positive for the flu. I was very pleased that they were so friendly and I left feeling good that the Dr had sent her a prescription in for tamilfu. However after going to the pharmacy I found out that no prescription was ever sent. I waited over an hour at the pharmacy trying to contact them. And got no where! They were closed. So I call their telehealth number to see if someone can just look up her visit and send the prescription. No they can not! There is a number they tell you to call or text for Fastpace urgent care online and you still get no where!! It is being my comprehension how a Dr or their staff would not be concerned enough when a 7 month old has the flu to make certain the prescriptio

My husband scheduled an appt online. The timer gave him an appt of 7:36. He received a call at 6:25 that the facility would stop taking "walk-in's" at 7:00. He explained he lives was 20/25 minutes away but was on the way, they told him just to come on. Apparently online allows you to book appointment times that they do not accept. When answering general questions for the nurse, he voiced that he is allergic to amoxillian. When the "doctor" came in with her notepad, he explained his symptoms again and he mentioned he was unsure if what he had could be/turn into an ear infection. The doctor explained she would prescribe medication that would help if he had an ear infection. She never looked in his ears to check them nor did the nurse prior. She told him the flu/covid tests were negative, ch

My husband took my son here on November 15th because he was sick. They sent off the labs after testing him and told him they’d call with the test results, they weren’t sure but told them what they “thought” our son might have and to just take Mucinex. I’m sorry but we don’t know go to modern medical clinics when we are sick to be told to just take over the counter drugs because we are obviously past that point when we go to the doctor. We expect better care. Fast forward to yesterday, 10 days later, my husband had still not received a call with these so called results and our son has now got sick again or never really got over his sickness and is now worse. My husband called yesterday afternoon and was promised a call back from the doctor or PA. Well instead I get an alert on my phone from

Came to them. Sat 45 minutes. They sent three of us out and closed 50 minutes early because “they didn’t have anyone to work the front desk “. No one had been at the front desk the entire time we had been waiting. They had the lights turned off and they were leaving before I could even crank my car and leave. The “doctor “ on call said she was unaware no one was at the front desk because she had been in the back in her office, so she had just found out. Who leaves their job, even for a medical emergency, without telling the people they are working with that they have to go. That reflects very poor management of this establishment. She stated they had to close because she didn’t know how to check someone in and it would have to be done remotely. We were already checked in. Billing could ha

This has been the most frustrating appointment I have ever been to. While I understand establishments can become busy, I walked in at 2pm and left and 7:30 pm. The actual doctor was very friendly and personal with good bedside manner. Although I have been having issues with the pharmacy receiving all of my prescriptions. The front desk staff or whoever answers the phone proceeds to become frustrated with ME for continuing to call to get all of the prescriptions sent over. It’s obviously some kind of technical error or mishap, i’m not sure. But honestly did not appreciate the attitude, and lack of consideration for me my health and to just simply handle it. They won’t ever see me again nor will I be recommending. It’s sad how customer service has completely changed in general everywhere and
