Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Shreveport - LA

I was only there for possibly 20 minutes. It would’ve been less than that if I had paid attention for the kiosk. I walked right past it. No matter the young man at the intake desk, Brendon I believe was his name advised me on the particulars for the kiosk sign in and it was less than the time for Brendon to tell me the joke of the day then I hear my name being called. I was treated promptly by a very polite and professional young lady , her name escapes me. She had me in and out so efficiently that she had the Fed Ex driver retrieving my packages that day instead of the next day. I have to say that the Name of the establishment is spot on!!

My trip to urgent care was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were very professional in their jobs. They made me feel like family. Period.

The entire staff was wonderful they addressed my health concerns, with compassion, empathy and great care. The Nurse Practitioner Tremeka Henderson, even took time to follow-up with me afterwards. I definitely will be returning if I have any other healthcare needs and can't get into my PCP quickly... I definitely recommend this facility to anyone that have healthcare concerns that needs to be addressed quickly...

The service was very fast and prompt. I was prescribed meds that started working almost immediately. The doctor was caring and thorough. This nurse was also really great and funny. The front desk receptionist was also helpful when i couldn’t pull up my info quickly.

I came in with severe nausea and vomiting, I was quickly called back and handled with more care than I’ve experienced in a hospital in years. I was quickly given a shot of nausea meds, called in some medicine and given thorough instructions on what to do if it got any worse. 10/10 would recommend this office!
