This is by far the best clinic I have ever been to. They are very caring about your illness or injury and they do everything in their power to make your experience delightful. I have used them 3 times now. I love the after hours times, the website is easy to navigate and extremely easy to make appointments. Everyone that I have seen are friendly and just wonderful. I will be returning when I have any issues. Thank you all for taking such good care of me. God Bless. ❤️❤️❤️
They were fast, courtesy and they seen me with no problems. I filled out an appointment online prior (4am) to coming to the clinic. You can get seen quicker if you fill out an online appointment. Makes it easier for you and the ladies at the front desk. I was seen by Ms. Jada Nichols, NP. She was bubbly and sweet. And so was the nurse that took my vitals. They looked me over and knew immediately what was wrong. If you don't need the ER go see Ms.Nichols she'll get you right. I appreciate it and im glad I didn't wait longer to get checked.
The check-in lady was on her phone talking on her Bluetooth earset (to a friend, clearly), but it was Saturday and was a slow day, so I don't really fault her too much for that. The nurse who took my sample was clinical and by-the book to the extent that it came off as brusque and rude. Again, it was Saturday, so I am a little sympathetic - it was slow and probably routine and frankly everyone was just probably bored. I still deduct three stars because I ultimately perceived it all as poor customer service. While I realize I was in for a routine drug screen and didn't really get a deep-dive on the staff, I've been taught to treat all customers as how you'd want to be treated, and all interactions/events as important. You never know where something may lead. A less forgiving person might
Once again, a not so great experience! On the early part of last year, I dealt with some unprofessionalism at the front desk ( receptionist on facetime with someone taking information) and uncaring, to then see a provider who not only asked me wrong questions, was discriminatory and left me in a room with no follow up. Now recently, I called two days consecutively for a follow-up call of a prescription issue with no return. The receptionist today was very helpful after informing her I had been calling for 48 hours to only be given information that ultimately I should have been referred to a new primary care provider as soon as I explained that my provider was there and they informed me she had left. I would have not waisted the visit or gotten the prescription until I've seen the new perso
I would not recommend taking any sick patients to this facility. The Nurse Practitioner there was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL & INCOMPETENT. I WAS MISDIAGNOSED AND MISTREATED AS A PATIENT. I went in for tooth pain, tooth infection and abscess as urgent care until I can get to a dentist and the nurse practitioner there wouldn't even treat me for my pain or the infection. They made me wait in a room for almost 2 hrs before I was seen, so I got up and went to the front to reschedule my appointment because this is taking too long. So they stopped me from leaving and took me back to the back, then made me wait again. When she finally came in my room, she tells me she's not prescribing antibiotics for tooth pain and tooth infection or the abscess. Then she tells me she's not a dentist in a sa
