Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Richmond - IN

My daughter got sick at school and I needed to get her in quickly. I made an appt online and went to the clinic. We were in and out within an hour of making the appointment. Everyone was very nice and caring.

The receptionist was very helpful in filling out the paperwork. The nursing personnel were thorough and respectful and helpful. The doctor was very good, explained, my problem, things I needed do help feel better. Great experience, even though I felt bad. Thank you all for the urgent care.

Spectacular care. Quick service and very personable staff. This was our first time being here, but check in was an easy process. They had an Xray machine for my daughter's ankle sprain. While we waited, the nurse Bailey was wonderful. She gave ice, elevated my daughter's foot, and got her Tylenol. The nurse practitioner then took us back to his office and showed us her xrays, explaining in detail. They let my daughter try out a boot and air cast to see what was more comfortable, and provided her with crutches as well. Gave us a referral to ortho. In sum, you could tell they really care about their patients care and comfort. I would no doubt visit again if needed.

Very fast service. My appointment was at 11:50am, I arrived a little early and was back in my car at 11:45am. Stay away from Reid urgent care and see these guys!

I would have given 5 stars because the staff and doctor were very fast, but efficient and I didn't even have to wait outside in the waiting room for very long at all which is nice especially because I wasnt feeling well. The doctor was very nice and I was told all my swab tests were negative and that I probably had some kind of virus and he told me he would call me in some cough medicine as I had this awful pesky all day/night cough and they even asked what my preferred pharmacy was which I gave them before the doctor saw me. I waited all day to hear from my pharmacy but never heard anything. Next day came and when I checked my pharmacy they never received a script for me even though the doctor told me he would call in a cough med to help my cough. So I just had to deal with the irritating
