Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Pulaski - TN

I had a positive experience at Fast Pace Health Urgent Care. The staff was professional, courteous, and efficient from the moment I arrived. I was seen promptly, and the provider took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explain everything clearly. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the overall process was smooth and well-coordinated. I appreciated the respectful and compassionate care I received, which made what could have been a stressful situation much more manageable. I would highly recommend Fast Pace Health Urgent Care to anyone seeking timely, high-quality medical care. Ps: special thanks to the receptionist for helping me with my online registration today which was my very first visit.

Me and my grandmother haven't had anything but a positive experience at this Fast Pace. We really like Cara and Elizabeth. They both are very patient and understanding towards what your symptoms are. We also have had a positive experience with the other ladies that work there too. They are very kind and are very good in telling whichever nurse practitioner is there what your symptoms are.

I went in for x-rays on my thumb. They sent me straight to the x-ray room after the doctor view them. She walked to the door and told me nothing was broken that I just had arthritis. She never came in until I started coughing. The doctor came in and listened to my heart, and continue to tell me that it was only arthritis. She never looked at my thumb or felt of it. I went back to my primary care doctor For a second opinion

Took my daughter there because she had all the classic flu symptoms. A lady came in and did a nose swab. As I was watching, I noticed the lady didn’t even put the swab inside her nose. Literally swabbed the outter ring like a tissue …. All the tests came back negative, obviously, because they were not done correctly and here we are two days later with the full blown flu. They told us all the tests were negative and come back in a few days if she gets worse to be re tested. SMH seems like a money racket. Definitely going to another dr. This place is a joke. We were also the only people there and waited forever. All we could hear was multiple staff members loudly joking and giggling the whole time. No one seemed to be in a hurry.

I was #1 in que at the Pulaski TN clinic 02/13/2026, some lady walks in with a kid who appeared to be about 12-14years old. The lady who turned out to be the kids’ mother is at the counter and the child begins to sing out loud which was very annoying. The Mother seemed to be oblivious to all the noise the kid was making. I was sitting about 6 seats away from the kid, I had forgotten my hearing aids and she was bugging the heck out of me with all the noise. So, after a bit l leaned over and sad "hey, the kid looks at me, "be quiet" which she did. Well immediately her mother starts having a come apart and starts yelling you don't tell my kid what to do to which I replied Yes, I do when you allow her to make all that noise and do nothing about it.
