Upper management needs to check on this store in Pulaski. Most rude and inefficient store I have seen in a long time. We moved our moms prescription to Sutton. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else.

Why is everyone at this store so rude? It doesn't matter how nice you are to them, they are all so hateful. Prescriptions are always filled in a timely manner but I hate having to deal with employees there. They act mad because I'm bothering them.

CVS needs to pay its pharmacy techs better based on my tips at this location. Picked up a DoorDash order and received a 1 dollar tip. If you didn’t know DoorDash does not pay their employees so this is equal to 3 dollars per hour

All the women that work here are extremely rude!

If I could leave a negative star review I would. The store manager should have better customer service training and better phone etiquette. Otherwise, she shouldn’t be the manager. If the website isn’t accurate, you should probably get that fixed instead of being rude to the customer on the other end of the phone.
