Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Ponchatoula - LA

Went to North Oaks ER for stitches on my finger. They brought me back then left me in the room for 30 minutes. Walked out and went to Fast Pace, very nice and accommodating. Quickly saw me and stitched me right up. Thank you for the care and fast service.

My baby is sick I went here at 5 was turned away for not having an appointment. I make said appointment for 7:17 I get there where the ride front desk lady tells me they won’t be seeing her. I could’ve taken my daughter to the hospital hours ago had someone CALLED to say she wouldn’t be seen even with an appointment. I express that to which she tells me that’s not how they do things. A better system needs to be put in place & your front desk lady absolutely needs an attitude adjustment.

I stopped here on a Saturday because my son’s doctors office was closed and he was running a high fever and did not know what was going on. Everyone was immediately so helpful and hands on! I appreciate it when people are caring and calming especially when your baby is sick and you’re frantic! Everyone was so kind!

The staff was super friendly and helpful! I am so grateful that they are open during holidays as without them I don't know what I would have done. I'm am switching my urgent care to here whenever I am in need of seeing someone quickly they were that good!!

⭐️ Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. I overheard the triage nurse making fun of me alongside the on-call doctor for being sick. As a patient, this was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. I came in because I was ill—not to be mocked by people who should treat patients with respect and compassion. I would never recommend this urgent care. Shameful behavior.
