Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Newport - TN

Been here quite a lot. Ive always thought all the staff are awesome and extremely busy. All the lady staff such as front desk are extremely kind and lighten the mood with jokes, always. Its been quite awhile since I've been in here and cant remember the lady doctors name but shes great and kind, so are the nurses. You all rock, Randal Bible I dont care for one bit. Hes unprofessional and opposite of kind. The guy makes the whole place go from top notch 5 star all the way down to no stars. Great place to go, just dont see or let Blake/Randall Bible be your primary Dr.

This was an amazing appointment I meant my nurse practitioner Stacy. Absolutely lovely! Jessica, nurse John front office atmosphere was professional and warm and caring. Thank you all. Look forward to my other appointments 😊

I see Blake Bible & I think he's great. His nurse Jessica always takes care of anything I need & she even reminds me of my appointments. They helped get my health under control & into the specialists I needed. Would highly recommend.

I’m going to be completely honest. I’ve gone here 4 times in the past month and everytime they test me for Covid and flu and say negative then proceed to tell me I’m fine or I have lung damage. I have not been able to breathe for 6 weeks. Terrible place one time scheduled an appointment for 8:15 had to wait an hour and a half and never got in. I had to leave for work because I ran out of time. Keep in mind there was 2 other people in the waiting room, twoooo… and in an hour and a half I was not seen, No consideration…. No refund I had already paid for appointment. Different doctors all times I went and everyone gave me a different diagnosis. Only went multiple times because it was the only place I could get an appointment but overall trashhhhhh if you can go anywhere else do it

New to the area without a primary care physician. Booked an appointment online. The professional staff were caring and efficient. Listened and noted what I said. That’s a plus anywhere. I did have to wait for more than an hour. Perhaps due to limited staff on a Saturday. Overall, a good experience. I’d go again if I needed help.
