Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Mt. Sterling - KY

This is the only urgent care I’ll trust take my children to when not able to get to their pediatrician. The entire staff is understanding, caring, and supportive. From the moment you walk in, the front administration is quick to respond and help, the wait is very minimal, the nurses and doctors always seem to truly care. They’re very informative and thorough. 5 ⭐️ all across

This was the first time I've ever been here, but it was a pleasant experience to be an urgent care place. The receptionist was very friendly even though she had a gentleman cuss at her and throw the tablet back at her because he had to fill out information. She remained positive!! So props to the receptionist that worked Sunday February 15, cause I probably would've cussed right back .. lol Also I didn't have to wait long at all, the longest I waited was for my ride. But my experience was very pleasant even though I felt like a pile of crap warmed up.

Was able to make an appointment before I got there to reserve a place in line. They have you a link to keep track of where you were in line which was very helpful. Facility was clean. Waiting room was large so plenty of space for us sick people to spread out so we weren't all coughing on each other. Staff was very nice and courteous and saw people quickly but without rushing you through the process. Would recommend and will go back if I have need for an urgent care visit.

2+ hour wait. I couldn't book my appointment before hand. Their automated system can't handle vaccines. Sent here by an employer who was very interested in feedback. Dirty glass, dirty floor, mold on the building. I actively recommend against this company

Was feelin terrible, trying to fight an illness on my own but decided to come here. I was treated very well. Fast service easy check in and quickly found out I had Pneumonia. I got prescribed what I needed to feel much better. I highly recommend.
