The worst pharmacy I have used Craig the owner down talks his customers...his own words his pharmacy he does not care what a doctor says...i have noticed mostly on woman he talks down too

I’ve switched from a corporate chain to Carrington. Thinking I’d get a hometown, comfortable hometown feel, oh wow; I was wrong. They left me hanging. I had to jump through hoops to get all my prescriptions switched. Very uncomfortable feeling. I won’t go into details, please Ibe careful. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. The pharmacy technicians’.and drive-through workers were very nice and friendly. The pharmacist was speaking to my other doctor about HIPAA, private stuff. I don’t mean anyone harm, but I do want to give a heads up. I travel to my mother’s in Indiana to where my medicine came up, missing that we found in my sweatpants in the laundry. I was panicked and call my doctors. They both called in the scripts and the pharmacist at Carrington Drug told them I done the exact sa

We recently moved here and I have a chronic illness. If you have a chronic illness this is not the pharmacy for you. There are constant issues with filling new meds. They're super unreliable.

Very bad service. Had to transfer all my meds to another pharmacy. The people are rude (one of them hung up on me) and even the manager acts like he couldn’t care less about customer service. They essentially as good as said they don’t need the money bad enough to correct their actions.

Always great, quick, friendly, accurate service from friendly staff members. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
