Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Huntsville - AL

From the person at the front desk, to the person who took our vitals, and then the NP, everyone at Fast Pace was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had an unpleasant experience at two urgent care offices that day, before finding Fast Pace. I felt such relief when the first person I had to speak with had a smile on her face. The employees there seem to get along and truly love what they do and it was refreshing to see! Our needs were met with care. We highly recommend this office.

I was pleasantly surprised arriving at a beautiful, clean and conveniently located property. And though it was the day after Christmas the staff was welcoming, caring, knowledgeable and didn’t seem miserable being there. My NP was kind, patient and seem curious as to what is causing my issue. So she ran the necessary tests, labs, and ordered imaging to give be the best possible diagnosis and treatment. She was thorough with the physical exam around my concerns and was obviously invested in my wellbeing. So far I’m not disappointed. It’s only one visit but I’m comfortable and satisfied with the experience and I recommend this urgent care. (I’ll update this post after my results and follow up.)

The young lady who took my vitals just happened to be an alumni from my school "Alabama A&M University. We chatted about some school days and the changes that are occurring. She was professional and detailed regarding my medical. The doctor checked everything thoroughly to ensure I did not have covid or the flu. Just some meds and needed rest

Appt time 1040 got in the room at 1202 everyone but the front desk lady was rude and treated my mom like a drug seeker when all she wanted was a steroid shot for back pain. Put us in a dirty room bruised her while testing blood sugar levels just overall awful experience will never be back!!

Easy to access parking lot with ample parking, facility was very clean, check in process was quick and seamless. I didn’t wait more than 5 minutes from check in to be called to the back. The girl at the front was very pleasant, knowledgeable and quick to get me processed. She asked me to verify my identity (name and DOB) first thing, as well as I was asked to verify again from the nurse who called me back as she walked me back to the room. The nurse asked me what was going on and what my symptoms were, then took multiple nasal swabs and let me know the NP would be back shortly. Within another 5 minutes the NP was entering the room, she was very friendly and knowledgeable, she looked in my eyes ears nose, talked with me about my symptoms and what her overall assumptions were, she confirmed
