The nurse was great so nice but seeing the dr was a joke. They tested my 10year old for strep and the doctor came in did not even look at my daughter stood there gave her a handful of mask and i asked for a shot and he proceeded to tell me they do not give shots for strep.
When I got there, There Was a gentleman standing at the window Waiting to be attended. I waited behind him about 15 to 20 minutes and nobody came until we knocked on the window and spoke loud to have someone come And help us. There was only one couple and myself, and we waited a long time.
The lady that was doing my appointment was AMAZING!!! She made me feel super comfortable during my visit and made me feel like I was at family’s and not a dr office! Absolutely the sweetest I wish I had gotten her name!
The nurse and Doctor were so good to my sick six year old. We were seen fast and with compassion.
They were quick and caring in getting me in and helping me get xray of my hand to see if it was broke or not and quick to wrap it when we seen it was broke to get me down to another doctor to get it set. Will definitely go back and use them again.
