Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Greenbrier - AR

What a wonder experience!!! Very relaxing atmosphere and some of the kindest people I’ve ever met! Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly…immediately felt like family. As I was leaving I saw them in the waiting lobby helping an elderly customer in registering on the tablet and explaining the processes…superb customer support and service!!!!

We took our son after picking him up from school sick. The wait wasnt terrible, checking in involved using a kiosk which had an issue. However, the receptionist went out of her way to help with that. The APRN that we saw was very genuine, informative, and caring. She gave our son (who had a high fever) Tylenol right away. Overall good experience considering our son had covid. We will definitely go back.

Brianna and NP are wonderful!!! Above and beyond any concerns I have and are very through. Very FAST, excellent care and treat you like family. Even ask how my son is when I was there. Honestly I come to them over my PCP because of how I’m treated. Excellent!!!

My wife and I were very sick had the flu bug. Went to fast pace urgent care. Very friendy staff. Being friendly does not help you when you are 70 years old and feel like your dieing. The nurse and doctor seen myself and my wife. Doctor told us she was going to call in some medicine to our pharmacy to make us feel better and get us well quicker. We waited in town for 2 extra hours for we live 30miles away. Medicine was never called in to pharmacy fast pace would not answer there phones nore called us back after leaving 3 voices message. I paid $85 our of pocket to fast pace for nothing am still sicker than a dog. With nothing but anxiety and stress.

I was really sick with a double ear infection and bronchitis. I could not get in to see my doctor and I was not going to the emergency room this was a great alternative. Definitely less expensive than the emergency room. They were clean, they were kind, they were confident She even got me a blanket and covered me up.
