I stopped by for a quick visit to renew my contacts prescription with Dr. Ford and I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Ford and all of his extremely helpful team I met today at their new location in Greenbrier. Jenna, Ana, Kristen and yes, even Chelsea, were kind enough to help me get in and out with my visit as well as help me explore my options in maximizing rebates and cost savings thru my insurance for purchasing frames + lenses and contacts. They truly care about their customers, where quality of service and speed are important to them. I honestly wish the gals got a cut of the purchase I made since they were so helpful in saving me money with my expensive purchases. This is an awesome place!!!! A wonderful experience with friendly and professional staff!!! Everyone was so helpful and a smile on their face!!! I cannnot say enough great things about Dr Papera!!! I have never had an optometrist show such caring for patients.... i have never had things shown and explained to me in such detail in such a way that i could understand!!! And then the great help that i received from the staff in selecting glasses and contacts and deciphering my insurance!!!! Thank you so much Arkansas Eye Group-Greenbrier!!!!

OMG BEST EYECARE EVER!!! Ive been thru MANY eye Dr.'s who never got RX correct but this establishment is THE BOMB!!! I am very picky about my doctors and I found my forever place with them. The ENTIRE staff ROCKS!! As soon as you walk in the door, its quiet, serene and a calming effect. From the receptionists all the way to picking your frames is impeccable! Its not rushed, they answer any question you ask, they explain things in detail. There is no pushy selling of anything. They are AMAZING...PS...DR. Ford.....Give this staff a huge raise!!! Seriously, they DESERVE it. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!! You have a fantastic staff there!!!
