I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care. The front desk staff was kind and efficient, and the medical team was professional, attentive, and compassionate. They truly listened to my concerns and made sure I understood everything about my care. I’m so thankful for their help!

Not a terrible experience but when they asked for my med history, I let them know I was on antidepressants. As medical professionals they’re supposed to ask you the basic, “Any thoughts of helplessness” that whole speel. Without asking me they just put no on all of the questions. Then sent a prescription for a medication I can get over the counter for cheaper. It was more confusing than anything.

Jennifer was wonderful! So was the MA! Waited a little bit even though we had an appointment but it is sick season and they were busy! Great experience!

Great experience! Woke up that morning for my shift across the street at Mcds didnt feel all that great but with the sneezing and coughing and everything I genuinely thought it was allergies so I called told em I would be a few hours late wanted to let the road thaw out some because of where I live it was icy and curves and downhill slopes so I took benadryl and waited. After the benadryl didn't make anything better I knew I was getting sick. So I went in talked to my manager and went directly to their office. The check in process with the pictures was slightly annoying but only cuz I already didnt feel well lol. But I was checked in and seen and off to get my scripts which were sent immediately to the pharmacy in under an hour. Found out it was a sinus infection started my meds yesterday

I took my elderly mother in for a visit, the lady behind the desk told me I had to check in at the kiosk. I had to do everything, take pictures, etc on my phone. The only thing the receptionist did was charge a co-pay. Heck, I could have done that too! The receptionist was absolutely no help and actually kind of rude. No welcoming, nothing. When we left, another receptionist had come in, she thanked us for the visit. A far cry from the 1st person. The nurse and doctor were great! Bottom line, had my Mother been by herself, no way could she have checked herself in. Another patient in the office also made comments about the check-in process. I had to actually tell her about the kiosk.
