Community Dental Care

Community Dental Care was dishonest in their dealings with my client, to whom I give care. They said she was good to come in to get fitted for dentures and then said upon our arrival that they don’t do denture services here anymore. So please be warned if that’s the service you think they offer here. They do not. It was a great waste of our time.

Been a few times for cleanings and all the ladies and staff are always very nice to me. Did an amazing job on cleaning my teeth last time. So far I'm very happy with this dentist. They are VERY strick on being there before your appointment tho. The place is always very nice and clean. I would recommend.

This place is horrible! Went to an appointment yesterday and they told us to come back today cause they was gonna do the fillings on my boyfriends front teeth and we got there right on time but because they checked us in a minute late they decided they wasn’t gonna fix his front 2 teeth they was gonna work on a tooth on the right side of his mouth that wasn’t even bothering him. This place is crap and I definitely don’t recommend going there

I had bonding done on my front teeth. It was done by one of the assistants and was not checked by the dentist before I left. I told the lady it still had a tiny chip and she told me, "That's as good as it gets." I went home and it came off the very same day. They also made a veneer for me and that fell off on the way home. They attempted to fix it but it would not stay on. I requested a full refund. When I went to pick up.my refund check it was short. They said, "They were not refunding me.for the terrible bonding job." Going to community dental care was an awful experience. Di you think you should have to pay for some work that falls off the same day???? See in the photo the chip this is after bonding.

I had an appointment here at 4pm. The commute is about 40 mins away, i left work at 3pm to ensure I was here on time. I arrived at 4:19 , there is construction all over the place, I didn’t know my 40 minute drive would turn into an hour and 20 minute drive. When i get here they tell me my appointment is cancelled and there’s nothing they can do. NOT ONCE did they call me and tell me that my appointment is cancelled where i could have turned around instead of coming all the way there. I told them there was traffic and not only that I had to leave work early and pick my child up from school early. Did they care about that? NO. I understand there are grace periods, but if you’re going to cancel someone’s appointment you need to call and tell them and maybe i could’ve saved some gas money! No
