Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Asheboro - NC

I have several comments about fast pace, both positive and negative. I will say that the staff was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. What I didn’t like is having to stand at a podium to input all my information in the middle of the lobby. At least have the decency to give the patients a tablet to sit down and fill in the information when they don’t feel good or feel like standing. The second and most important comment is the fact that they asked me for my credit card so they can put it on file in their database. To me that is a huge, no no. Do not ask a patient to store their credit card information on your database subject to hacking. I refused on this point at which time they try to get $100 cash from me. Don’t do this!

This was my first time visiting this Urgent Care. The NP, Tiera was outstanding! Very friendly, attentive, and incredibly caring. You could tell she genuinely cared about the patient and wanted to provide the best possible care. I am very grateful for her kindness and professionalism.

Staff was amazing and helpful very sweet!! The place was very clean and put together! I was in and out there quickly!! I would like to say a extra thank you to the receptionist she was very helpful and patient with me while I was trying to figuring out my insurance things! Definitely will be coming here again ❤️☺️

I was sick as a dog and had to be seen on Sunday 2/7/26. Registration was digital and quick. I was seen immediately. The provider on duty was very caring. She took good care of me. I’m not one to get sick but if it had to happen again, on a day that my pcp wasn’t available, I’d return to this urgent care. 5 out of 5 stars for my experience!
