If there was a chance to leave Zero stars I would My few experiences I have had here has been awful I do not recommend this place at all. The Physician Assistant there is super rude thinks she knows everything if I would be able to have a say there she would be out of there with no job. I don’t recommend this place no help at all.

Rx was not called in, even after an hour and a half. The PA was delightful and very sweet. Can't say same about Dr. He was abrupt, wouldn't let me finish what I was saying, and acted like he didn't like what he was doing. I would not recommend this urgent care.

We had a great experience at this urgent care. The staff was professional and knowledgeable and saw us very quickly.

Positives: Clean, nice and cool on a hot day, wonderfully receptive staff, efficient PA who took care of the wound, Front desk help was remarkable. Negatives: The wait was a bit long 1-1/2 hours and the reason is that there was only 1 Physician Assistant handling the Sunday morning routine. I wonder if this location sees more business, then a Doctor would also be hired. I would have liked, a printout of the care steps for my elderly mom to remember.

I want to share an uncomfortable experience I had at this location. This was my second time coming here for help, and both times I left feeling dismissed and prejudged. During my recent visit, I was asked about having a temperature after a 99-degree reading. I was then scolded for taking one pill at my weakest point and told I was “fine”—until another staff member stepped in and confirmed I had COVID. If my diagnosis was not complete, I don’t understand why medical advice was being given so prematurely. This was confusing and unacceptable. As a woman of color, this is now the second time I’ve felt uncomfortable here.
