Fast Med Urgent Care Of Plymouth

Exceptional, phenomenal, loving urgent care. I took my little one here on a last minute visit because I wasn’t feeling her symptoms she was experiencing. I usually stick to places I’ve visited before but they were closed and this one had a closing time of 10pm and was only 2 miles away from me. They must be a new location because I’ve never noticed them before. Anywho during our visit they were so friendly and kind, they kept saying how adorable my little one was, and showed her so much love. They were patient and gentle with her seeing as she’s only 16 months old. I can’t even say what department was the best because from check in to being seen everyone was just so kind and I love that the most. They did give me some shots. That was good I guess, but I had a bad reaction after administration. Staff was nice and smiling! Unfortunately won't go back. Multiple issues. Even as a new clinic you should be able to produce printed paper work explaining the tests you performed, follow up care, and the medication you administered me. Somebody driving a RR truck, but the office lacking! I hope this place does get better for the sake of Detroit citizens. I'm sitting in the room waiting, my door was left opened and I could see and hear the doctor on a video call walking thru the office bragging about her clinics. No hate on everything, but from my experience you need to do better. I pray for everyone to succeed, accept when wrong and correct if you can.

I had a great experience at this urgent care! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, friendly, and professional. The staff made me feel comfortable and cared for, and they took the time to listen to my concerns. The place was also extremely clean and organized, which really stood out to me. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in what they do. I definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone who wants excellent service and a clean, welcoming environment!
